Posisble strike from June 19th
There was a breakdown in negotiations between Fellesforbundet and Virke in May and the National Ombudsman has been notified of layoffs from Thursday 18 June at 24:00 if the parties do not reach an agreement in the negotiations at the National Ombudsman on 17-18 June. Warehouse employees at the Brødrene Flaarønning, who are organized in Fellesforbundet, have been given notice of layoffs and may therefore be called out on strike.
This may mean that we may have problems shipping goods from Friday, June 19th until the parties reach an agreement.
We encourage our customers to take this into consideration when purchasing goods during the peak season.
