Deliveries to other countries
Before you start shopping, you must create an account in our webshop (or log into your account if you allready have created one).
What you have to pay when ordering online
- Taxes: you need to check the rules that applies for your country carefully. Check the website for customs in your country.
- For countries within the EU: In case your order does exceed the customs free value for your country you will have to pay an anti-dumping customs fee of 48,1% for porcelain items.
- Custom clearance: The logistics company who is transporting your order will most likely do all the custom clearance work. You will have to pay a certain fee for this.
- At the moment our webshop only support norwegian language, which means that autogenerated e-mails and most of the product information will be in Norwegian.
