Please notice that all our prices are without taxes and customs. This means that depending on the order value you might face extra charges, such as taxes and customs.

All our packages will normally be send by DHL. Delivery time might vary from place to place and therefore we cannot give you an exact delivery lead time.

We do our best to dispatch all orders registered before 10 AM the same day but cannot guarantee this during peak season.

In Sweden and Finland default payment terms are supported by Klarna. This means that we do not send you and invoice. From us you will only receive a packing list. In addition, we are providing all the needed documents for custom clearance in your country.

Klarna does provide a variety of payment solutions. Carefully check which one you choose. You might also use your credit card, which will be supported by Klarna's payment solution. 

In all counties we ship to listed above we also accept payment with credit card and Pay Pall.

Once you have finished your shopping in our Internet shop you will get to the Checkout page.

It is important the you change the "Delivery to" in the left hand upper corner to you designated country.

Your order will be updated and freight costs will be displayed.

Please make sure that you register a valid E-Mail address. This will be the future way of communication and you will receive your invoice via E-Mail with further instructions directly from Klarna (if Kalrna payment is an option for your country).

Once you have finished your order you will get an E-Mail confirmation and after your order is dispatched another one.

If the parcel is returned to us without being pircked up by the customer, we will refund the value of the items. Cost for freight will not be refunded.

In case you are not satisfied with the quality of your merchandize or the merchandize got damaged during delivery, we kindly ask you to not hesitate and send us an E-Mail.
